Q. How do I add a message for the recipient?
A. Once you hit ‘send this box’ you’re taken to a page where you can pick your message card, and write a personalised message. This then gets printed and put on the back of the message card. We weren’t kidding when we said this was the best alternative to flowers – we’ve taken our inspiration from florists everywhere, so let us know if there’s something else we can do!

Q. Whose email address should I put in the checkout order form?
A. Yours. That way, if there is a tracking number you will receive it and can keep a track of delivery.

Q. Is there an invoice in the box?
A. No, invoices are emailed to you. The box has nothing in it that a gift recipient shouldn’t see.

Q. Can I send the gift anonymously?
A. Yes, since there is no invoice in the box, if you don’t write your name on the message that goes with it, it will remain a mystery. How exciting!

Q. How do I know if my order went through?
A. You should receive an email confirming your purchase and another when the box is despatched. If you don’t, email hello@deathtoflowers.co.uk and we’ll look into it for you.

Q. How long will my delivery take to arrive?
A. In the UK, free shipping uses Royal Mail’s 1st class service, which means it should be with the recipient one day after despatch. Special Delivery Guaranteed is timed delivery by 9am or 1pm the next day with inclusive tracking and signature on delivery. International Signed For aim to arrive to most destinations within five days.

Boxes ordered before noon are despatched the same day (Monday-Friday), whilst those ordered after midday will be despatched the following day.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. Our international shipping rates are £16, which, though more expensive than we’d like, offers a tracked, timely service.

Q. What’s your returns policy?
A. If something has gone wrong, please email hello@deathtoflowers.co.uk within 30 days of making the purchase. We will ask you to return it, enclosing your order number. On receipt, we’ll refund you the full purchase price.

Q. Who is TreatPost?
