DELIVERY & RETURNS
We aim to send your goods within one working day of receipt of order. Orders received before noon Monday to Friday are despatched same day. Your goods will be delivered by Royal Mail.
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). However, on occasion, this may not be possible. TreatPost does not guarantee 24 hour despatch, and failure to do so will not result in an automatic refund. If you would like an update on your order, please email us.
The vast majority of Royal Mail First Class and Signed For service parcels are delivered the next day, however this can not be guaranteed.
You must inform us within 14 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. If you would like to return the item, please include your name and order details in the returned box.
